Leadership

Jim Williams is employed by Noble Investment Group and presently serves as General Manager of the Aloft Charlotte Uptown at the EpiCentre in Charlotte, North Carolina. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Jim has held leadership positions for numerous companies and brands including Embassy Suites, Marriott, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, and Radisson. A Certified Hospitality Administrator, Jim has held various civic and career-related posts including board seats with The Greater Winston-Salem Sports Commission and Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts Marketing Committee, Organizing Committee on behalf of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, and President of the Forsyth County Tourism Alliance. In 2006 Jim was named as one of the "40 Most Influential People under 40" by the Triad Business Journal.

More importantly, Jim has been married to Andrea (Giordano) since 1991 and has three great children; Katarina (15), Alex (12), and Chris (10). Having moved and lived throughout much of the United States, Jim and his family have chosen to settle down in Clemmons, North Carolina.  

Though truly fortunate to enjoy his career, Jim's passion is encouraging men to become the spiritual leaders they were created to be--as husbands, fathers, business men, and community leaders.  Jim desires to see men come to a point in their lives whereby they acknowledge their sinfulness and their inability to achieve righteousness by their own efforts, and cry out to the only name given to men by which they might be saved, the person of Jesus Christ.
