4Real

4Real initiatives are designed to disciple students to be authentic followers of Jesus--not merely moral or religious 'church-goers'.  We believe the difference between the two is of eternal significance.  To 'disciple' someone is to experientially teach and prepare someone to follow in another's footsteps.  In our context this means knowing Jesus and following in His footsteps.  We seek to do this through in-depth Spirit-led study of God's Word, through Word-saturated prayer, and through Christ-centered relationships with one another.  4Real Southside now meets on Saturdays from 5:00-7:00pm at the Green Tree Community Center (930 S. Broad Street, 27101).  We are looking to start additional 4Real groups at other locations in our city as God provides opportunity.
